Managed Services

If you don't have the support staff or time to fully manage your own server, ICO can do it for you for a small additional fee. The benefit to you is that you know that these important tasks are being done, and that you have an SLA from ICO, so you know what to expect.
 
Typically, we take care of patches, provide onsite and offsite backup options, install an anti-virus system, provide statistics and monitor the computer's internal and external health. We also manage complex firewalls for you.
